5, 13, 17, 19. Hard on level 5 because noobs with plat gears can kill you

Yes level 18 is really common twink level too. And level 3-6 games with level 5 rogue and level 11 games with level 13 sorc. I haven't played in twink pvp since Kraken but the key seems to be you want to be ahead of the curve on twinking levels. There are a lot of really high kdr on level 12 twinks who did it early on and were lumped with all the 10s for example. Decked out 12 w/ mostly 10s will own up. I really wish they'd cap each pvp arena at some level, would make things more fun/simple but don't think that'll happen -- those levels aren't the one shelling out a lot of dough for plat.
