It drops on the newest maps except Kraken Mines, go to Dragon's Jewel, talk to the captain to explore, go to new maps.
Elite only also. I think
Palm rock island [elite]. The lost cove [elite] drops fangmasters ring. Kraken mines drop Nexus egg.
