which are the best daily allies which pay off the most XP for a solid amount of Energy ?

Worlmen sepulcher John Cathaway 137
Morhaven District Amla vasquez 102
Willowbrook Parish Cultist Spirit 57 (and 5 bloodpacks)
24hr
full willowbrook parish 251 (uses all energy)
morhaven District Bystander 209
Morhaven District Wannabe hunter 114
Fresnel Cemetery Blake jones 157
Fresnel Cemetery night watchman 235
Marshwood cultist spirit 89
most of these come out to 0-2 leftover energy and have a high xp output all listed 24hr ones can be done in order once energy has filled so if a pattern is made you will get high xp about every 2hrs. its color coded for allies that are used together
