Server down for maintenance?

Idk whats going on, but all day it says its down for maintenance, ANY IDEAS WHY?!

Maybe it's because you're not connected to internet, or have some sort of problem. Maybe reboot your hotspot.

I've done all of that, even restarted my phone. I just dont understand
