Google Chrome - Uh.oh Google Chrome failed to start our game ?

Google Chrome - Uh.oh Google Chrome failed to start our game ?
I have been wondering when you fixe this on "about:flag" is it already permanent fix?
Mine is really not working I only have to change it in about:flags in about 1 hour already until it works and then in another day the error comes again and again and i have to change the value of default to enable and then to default for about1 hour

I tried Mozilla wont work also? It just hangs in loading
