Did you miss any main quests? Otherways contact support, there are a lot of answers there.

i must of missed a quest how can you tell which quests or for the levels?

Make sure you talk to the Mage Messenger Deary in Traveler's outpost before going thru Ydra. He starts the quest-line.Quote:
