Touch-up on skills

1) Avian scream could use 4m instead of 3m. makes a difference... also fix the non-stunning issue.
2) why do slashes NOT seem to always work when running? sorry, make that never work when running.
3) whether on purpose or not, fire skill seems to have most power at the very last two meters (if close they are barely touched but at the very edges they rocket off). should be other way round.
4) sometimes, nothing happens when you use steal life. nothing at all.
5) frostbite is way too slow. they DIE before the skill gets there lool
6) please describe beckon better. honestly.
7) that buff that gives +1 str, seems kind of small a buff... :/ also is +2 m/s enough to cover the cost of casting it at first?

i dont think the super skill update will come fast enough, so please fix these first so we can wait in relative peace. the order they are in is the order i though up of first, so in a way from most important to least.
