Haha. My friend was in really bad shape. I had to carry him into the car, into his house, onto his bed, and lock his house for him. All in the blistering cold and snow -_- I'm an amazing friend

新年快乐 is for the calendar date change new year (as in 2011 to 2012) but 恭喜发财 is for the animal year change or the lunar new year...as I understand it XD

"Xin nian kuai le" means Happy New Year.
"Kung he fat choi" means something else.
