Once you start ignoring people, you'll really like it. Best thing online that is much more difficult to implement in real life.

Report as harassment and ignore.

Click on that character, click "ignore" and after that click report. Make sure you describe what was said, the time and If you can manage it a picture with words begin exchanged (dialogue box). If we want to keep the game playable, fun for all including younger kids, it is our responsibility as older players to "take out the trash". I'm constantly reporting profane language using and profane user names.
