I'd like to wish Eric the best. After some reflection I probably got caught up in the frustration we have all felt lately ig and on a few occasions perhaps said some things I regret. I think you had an albeit positive attitude and offered plenty for this community so ty.

I know we've never talked to each other in game or even on these forums, but i observe these forums closely and i can pick out a very few people who are so mature, dedicated, knowledgeable, and loyal to the game and the community as you are. The community is slowly but surely losing it's essential players. You were an asset to the community and you will be missed.

I can see where you're coming from. I've been playing the game for a year and a half now, and i am bored with everything that it throws out at me. I even left for a while because it felt like a waste of time to play it. I came back because of the people in the community. I care an awful lot about all my friends and fellow acquaintances that i just felt like i had to come back.

Right now, i've the game downloaded on my phone, and i log in every once in a while to say hi and to chat with everyone. I can't stand to do a single map because it feels like a chore. I've tried. I've gone to Nordr, killed one mob, and i'm already sick of playing (cant seem to get past lvl 26 on my rogue). Playing the same game for a year and a half is a long time. Yes, I've attained a lot of knowledge about the game through experience, but none of it peaks my interest anymore.

So i can relate with you Ener, i'm personally stuck between a rock and a hard place when it comes down to finding the energy to play the game. I can't see how someone like Zeus (someone who's been here longer than most of us) is still finding enjoyment playing the game. I can't find any enjoyment.

I remember how we ran some elite shuyal maps last season together and it was quite fun! I can completely understand your time off as the elite gear currently has not much value and leaves you in the negative especially with Arena. There's absolutely no way to break even with that. They should have implemented a "tooth" system (token) so at least we would try and run it many times back to back. The fossil would have been a nice prize even if it were 1000 planar teeth or something insanely high rather than relying on pure chance from chest. Take care!
