best equipment and build for level 10 bird?
I know you said you are very busy lately so get to me when you can - If anyone else wants to jump in with advice, please...
First, I just need some quick advice as to what level is easiest to start learning PVP. I have been playing for a long time and have 3 level 50 characters (Dual str/int mage, dual str/dex bird, and full str bear) all with the best gear but get bored with PVE (I've killed Keeper more times than I care to admit) so I have tried PVP and just get killed almost instantly, even with my Pally, so I have only done it a few times. I also have a LVL 35 int mage that I have actually made a few PVP kills with, but get owned by archers in 2 seconds.
It would be more fun to survive and make a few kills while learning the strategy, so should I start a new character and PVP at level 10? 14? 20? Where is the best place to start? If I was starting a new character from scratch, which do you recommend for PVP? I like playing mage (that why I have 2) the best, then my bird.
Then if you have time, help with a good build for a lvl 35 int mage, best gear, and strategy suggestions would be awsome. I have plenty of gold for gear, and plat to respec if I need to.

I've added a list of lvl 20 "Golden Twinks" who were built with the workshop. These are the most successful twinks that I have personally evaluated. Tasks like winning a 3v1 (against other twinks), beating all of my Zerioustwinks, and other actions that prove they've become adept twinks in the pvp realm of PL.
