Farming for X-Rays. Any tips?

It drops randomly at any level. I gotten mine from level 1 Numa. I was only level 25 when it dropped and I was trying to leveling.

Make a new character.
I levelled my character through level 1 Numa and got some few thousand kills;/
No visor though.

lol I did that and I got xrays, but all vanities are random.

Thanks for the tips. Really want the xrays and not much else to do (for now) so this will give me something to do.
