Changes to Leaderboard, everyone deserves a chance!!

specially that there are some people on leaderboards who doesnt even play anymore.. why waste the space

Not a good idea. If some new player really want PvE or PvP banner badly, he/she should work hard as those old players did in previous seasons, not asking to set up a new LB so that he/she could get on it in a short time.

I know lots of old players who are currently on those LB no longer play this game. So if you work hard, you can take their positions.

Have you considered the wrong methods like using auto players which are used to catch up or keep up with the LB players? You think a new player would be able to catch up with a million PvE kills? Let's say he catches up in a year. By that time the LB numbers would be even higher!

Also, no need to take their positions, what we are trying to suggest here is the All-time top LB can be there as it is, just a new 'Seasonal LB' should be added.

Ganku here... although I am #1 flagger I would LOVE to see a seasonal PVP Leaderboard!! Although i flag A TON! I KILL TOO! And off topic but lets see a 2v2 or 3v3 ranked arena for ALL lvls. No brackets just same lvl competition!

No, but if you a retired man, used to be top 5 LB CTF killer, you wouldn't wanna see everyone getting a banner that YOU should've had when you were in your prime.

My Suggestion sounds like this.

You start with this new Seasonal LB. You hand out the exact same banner as the long time PvP'ers, but you put a little effect OR an extra feature like +1% Crit Chance or 5% Dodge to the long time PvP'ers. Because there's no wag any of the current CTF LB holders would want the new banner to be the exact same as every elses, who did not work from the start of AL to get up on the boards.

hmm you got a point there, since not a lot of LB people improve their stats.. say pve kills.. or flags etc, they slow down.. and new players have a chance to catch up
but then again..t hat would be mean -- no life.

THANK YOU! This needs to be implemented... As a rogue with 1.6k kills there's no way I can catch up to 30k to get the last spot. Or even 10k and catch up to TDM boards. Even though I probably can't kill enough to get up there, it would be a fun challenge :)

Also, how about breaking down into level groups? So there would possibly be a 25-27 category for my 26 twink.. maybe a little bit harder to add but I still wish it was there.

Come to think of it, those people who had already enormous amount of scores would just have to wait for the season to end without doing any effort at all and will get a banner at the end of the season? And new players well perhaps just make half score of it and will gain nothing.. I mean seriously do you think those player in LB made their scores in just ONE SEASON?

It doesn't make sense.. The word "SEASON" doesn't apply in that way..


Just don't be selfish(not really pointing to you) guys and give other people a chance..

The harder i work,the furthest it gets..i might consider fasting to catch up on s1 & s2 so wish me luck k.

You would have to keep an overall leaderboard so that those that had soent months getting the large achievements arent penalised. Like others have said, make an overall leaderboard and a seasonal leaderboard.

Well if u making this change then reduce no. of CTF and PVP kills required. Many people require more than 1 season to reach 10k
