I.... find a box. In the box.... is a knife. With it.... I dice some onions. Then... I give them to a dog. He sneezes... and has a heart attack. He slowly rots... making a meal for flies. The flies lay eggs... that are eaten by spiders. The spiders bite you... and you de of poison. I arrive... and claim my hill.

well, i carry my magical anti poison with me! That anti poison is also a poison to those who havent been poisoned so i feed the anti poison to the spider and send the spiders back who then bite YOU and YOU die. MY HILL

Btw want to know the best way to get immune to poison? Taking small doses of said poison. I would nnever use spiders I was not immune to.
In fact, they give me super spider powers and i fight off evil from my hill, including you.

I can't see us competing over a goat, sorry. And hey, if you are willing to put up a hill with him, then by all means do so. :)
