good point. I feel the rewards shouldnt determine if someone plays the event or not. that may sound weird.. but thats what i think.

but.. i see the other side too.. some people play for the LB rewards regardless if its fun, and the thought that they in fact didnt need to grind such activities so much to get top 50 ... ; i can see how that would be annoying.
those players who consistently are in top 50 for most events, yeah, i feel its an annoying feeling knowing with the time u had u could've got top 50.
but then i also feel.. whats the problem? why just be happy that your fellow legends have got some extra loot..? hahaa maybe i have 5 different personalities.
[QUOTE=Immortal_Blood;3852835]but then i also feel.. whats the problem? why NOT just be happy that your fellow legends have got some extra loot..? hahaa maybe i have 5 different personalities.* sorry, typo !!
there is no fun fishing in a mobile game, are you out of ideas? ask the community and we'll tell you what really fun

-1 for adding rewards, You should have done that next year but when the event is live you cant add prize or make changes to LB prize. That's what your general policy says (according to you)
Just remove those rewards back and issue resolved.
Thank you

People don't just play for fun or love of the game. Not here, not anywhere.
Personally, I have fun when I advance in some objective that I set for myself, such as aps, quest, obtaining certain gear, rewards etc, playing for the sake of playing is not fun at all.
Look at honor pvp, totally empty maps until you implemented that token system.
People play events for the rewards, you have to be naive to deny that.
On the other hand, any improvement is welcome as long as everyone is pretty much on the same footing, for example changing the mini-games, some form of fishing, some drop, etc. But adding rewards, towards the end, when 1 has 50k points, another 20k and another 100k, it's totally unequal.
You reward some for playing longer and punish others for not playing long enough. I mean you didn't even give them a chance to try harder.
The people who had 30k, 40k, 50k, etc, even 5k or 10k of points and not even playing 24 hours will get LB are also your so-called "non-participants".
Of course, always talking about "LB rewards", making changes in the first days of the event seems logical, because as I already said everyone is almost in the same condition, but 2 or 3 days before the event ends, what is the point?
Punish the rest for not playing the event enough?
What merit? If they had known that there would be rewards, the LB would be double or triple the points.
That's reasonable! :-)
I think you've been clear in communicating how you feel. No hate: I think you're looking at it backwards (and I feel like I've made this equally clear).
Sounds like you don't think the community has / will have worthwhile ideas after an event has started. This is not correct. These ideas should be considered.
Thanks for your considerate, constructive (though critical) feedback.
We're talking about LB prizes, not event upgrades. And it seems obvious that if they are full points, and they think they are going to win LB, they are going to ask for better prizes or certain changes. And I'm not against any changes either, I just question the timing of those changes.
Thanks to you too for your answers. I think we're done here.
Next time I’m on lb I’ll try spamming for extra rewards right before the event ends XD Who knows something may be added to the reward
Actually this could be minimized if the details of the event like the LB rewards are publicized earlier, so there is time for feedback on the rewards before event even starts. (And changed if needed)
Currently confirmed event details are normally publicized 1-2 days earlier, but maybe 4-5 days earlier might be better.
