You might be a few days off. Check out the nexus in game to be sure of the exact date.

If you started in 2011, you shouldn't get any. If you started in 2012, you should get the silver vanity shield. Maybe you should check your stash again, if it isn't there and you are sure you should of got it, email support.

This is a very good question, alot of people are bored of the same old maps, I hope they update a new expansion soon.
