The idea is good but IMO the "charging money" into those ores isn't the option as I'd imagine it isn't that easy to do. Better would be IMO that those ores can be purchased for 5 and 10 mil and their liquidation price would be the same. There's no use for 1m ore as the issue is trades over 10 mil.
