As long as PvP requires actual team work, then it will be fun.
The cooldown on heal for mages is pretty long...like the time it takes for drain to come back (but we do get to heal mana as well as hp if you level heal high enough)
Mages got 1 fire skill, 1 ice, 1 wind, 1 light, 2 debuffs, 1 heal, and 1 mana shield like skill. Each skill requires 1 SP to unlock, and can be furthermore upgraded 5x for extra abilities on that skill.
For ex. After you unlock heal, you can spend an additional SP on increasing the amount you heal, increasing the area of heal, allowing you to heal mana as well as hp, etc.
Another ex. When you unlock fire, you get to upgrade it so the aoe is larger, chance of stun after hitting an opponent, reducing incoming dmg by 25% for 5s for all monsters hit by the skill, etc.
Warriors have a DPS path, from what Sam said, so my guess is that.
