I have some more suggestions to make the warlock a bit stronger. (The abilities you listed are a bit too weak). DoTs... There are not enough of them. They need to be stronger and last longer. Make almost every offensive skill give a DoT. The armor buff should give higher armor. Mages get 40 armor at rank 6! Mages also get tons more damage than a lock should, so warlocks should get much more armor (more like 60 at rank 6 and 90 at rank 9). The warlock offensive buff is also too weak and doesn't emphasize DoT damage. I think instead of base damage, crit should be increased (Maybe 12 at rank 6, and 20 at rank 9.) It also should it should increase the damage of how much your DoTs deal, make their duration longer, and make them tick faster. Warlocks should get a snare (like foxes' poison darts) and maybe a FEAR! Fears should be used to be defensive and should have about the cooldown duration of a buff to be used more defensively. Fears give breathing room for the warlock (to heal, reapply DoTs, etc.) and helps gain control of the situation. They should apply a short DoT that does a little bit of damage and make the enemy run in fear for a few seconds. Each rank should increase the fear duration by 0.25 seconds.

EDIT: EERMAHGERD! Your edit to chaos bolt + destruction makes the warlock be able to one shot mages >.<
Lich Armor at rank 9 (50 DMG), Destruction (25 DMG), Destruction at rank 9(Half the attacks are crits), Chaos bolt crit at rank 9 (200 DMG + 400 DMG if all DoT ticks crit)
Theoretically 675 damage with one attack if it all crits. That's almost one shotting a bear actually. Make the crit be a bit less from the Destruction buff, so that locks won't crit every attack but make it so that they aren't so weak. The problem with the destruction buff giving so much crit is that the class will be put into further unbalance because let's say 675 DMG buffed + 200 DMG (Crit from imp). It'd be GG. Thanks ^_^
Second EDIT: Oh and imagine if it were a dex lock with the elite bow, they'd be the ultimate god class, so my conclusion is give locks less crit with their buff.

It's an incredibly op class in pvp, just imagine having a combo like this :
Destruction -> armor lich -> summon gargoyle and imp -> choas bolt -> dark bolt -> heal -> run like a bous -> drain -> mana drain -> sacrifice minion
It's a massive stat meltdown to the opponent..
Another too op skill effect : choas bolt - it's just.. 100 DOT for 4 sec..? Really? 400 damage dafuq? Even if u have the highest h/s in the game, it's still like -35+ DoT, it should be nerfed a lil moar imo
My opinion for this class : Max offensive/ the armor lich for this class suits it.
CONS in pvp = very serious.. It doesn't have a dodge buff or a dodge debuff ( this is vital ), no mana shield just a bunch of heal skills, at endgame u could get easily get 1 hit KO with a single drain unless u use savage with armor lich which is like.. 340 armor ? Wow
Cons in PVE = not really... It seems to not suit to be a team member - since it does not support the team a lot. More like a solo type. Exactly the opposite of a rhino. Other things are fine..
I don't play PL anymore and I had yet to even reach 75. But from what I read in the forums.. It might be quite a decent class.
Saw a very obvious chance to abuse use of this classes 2 skills - health / mana trade . 1sec cooldown while having 2 skills at lvl 9. Spam it . Have unlimited health and mana. Nuff said
love it...btw....i got some suggestion...only one pet can be summon at one time....if u wanna try summon other pet......ur current summon pet will be disappear or die.....great idea...:D

Also, in honor of the first member of the Croc class, the valiant Flip, why don't you add a 'Flip' skill? Same as your Dark Bolt but the Croc performs it flipped. Oh and it also flips the enemies.
