Once you have pulled/opened 300 times from the locked crate.

So the guaranteed is only the badge and no more l81 arc kraken? Wuttt

The announcement tells u how to get the badge its "guaranteed loot only" and not the "only guaranteed"

In previous past events (OP) they did have it mentioned that guaranteed loots includes *Lvl 81 Arcane & Badge’. This OP does not have it, unless they forgot to post/write it in that way.

Is the unlocked crates from vendor counts for guaranteed loot or do we have to open with plat?

Is it intentional that the week 1 and 2 titles are different for top 10 but remain the same for top 50?

There are no Mythic bracelets. There is a bound Legendary bracelet available for tokens. Gold Tier boss and Goblin Mother will also drop Epic bracelets.
