please remove the APs or lower the amount of shards and cost per tier.

Whatever you do, do not start giving these out as event rewards.
I definitely don't want to remove the enhancements in pvp. It's literally the only pet I care about enhancing.
I would argue that Pet Evolution is akin to Awakenings - which are widely available for any level (including very low level) PvP zones... which are a suitable countermeasure to Evolved Pets.
Some on these forums believe that low level PvP was "destroyed" by Awakenings; but I suspect this is not true given the number of active players who engage in this activity.
Of course, you can't destroy something that is already destroyed... but maybe you are saying that the environment for < Level 5 PvP was actually fine 'til just the moment we introduced Evolution. I'd be very interested in your opinions on that. It could be that I am misreading the twink PvP commentary on the subject of Awakenings (and now Evolution).
Pets, weapons, gear and awakes have all changed the dynamics in twink pvp. I can't even guess how many times it's been "destroyed" by one or more of those things. I'll also say if pvp was at one level it might actually be more active.
I have spend gold and real money to evolve my pvp pets. If it's taken out of pvp now I would want that back. It's fine if you take it out, that means nothing changed, I just don't want to waste my hard earned money. I have no intention of getting this ap or using the feature in pve.
Just has an update but the issue I address isn't fixed.
25% Heroic arcane ability haste isn't 25% but 20%.
20 sec cd became 16sec. Not 15sec.

We should note that Haste works a bit differently for Pets (as opposed to Players).
If a Player were to achieve 100% Haste (which we do not allow due to a 'cap') they would have a zero (0) sec. cooldown for abilities. 100% Haste for a Pet would cut the cooldown time in ~half.
For your Pet, a 25% Haste for an AA that starts at 20 sec. should indeed be 16.
is the event daily quest not working? I did it yesterday and today it didn't reset
or is the preview post wrong with this: "Completing this quest will unlock a final [Daily] Quest to find a much tougher undead enemy, Yvon." and the quest isn't supposed to be daily?
It's designed to have a built-in cap of zero (0) seconds so we count up from there to the total number of seconds assigned to the cooldown. Therefore, if you add 25% to 16 you get 20 seconds.
I totally understand that calculating it in a manner different to how we do Player Haste would be confusing. Sorry for not calling this out specifically.

I understand player have multiple sourses to get haste so it makes sense to have cap. But pet has only one sourses to get haste. It seems awkward to have cap there and advertise it as 25% in description that lead to confusions.
Maybe consider to just change/add details to description
