Hey Noodle, if you read mine fully I say (at least) yes, probably most likely 3 days a week to start of beginning, but then 4 days a week with a split plan is preferred, which is what I started doing 2 months ago. It's been working out amazing! Also when it comes to taste of foods and shakes, if you wanna be serious about it, then taste of food isn't a choice, I myself eat for bodybuilding, not to my liking.
Yeah I do Milk sometimes, but mostly 50/50 or just water is fine, either way I skull the whole thing as it's not a thing you sip on.
Also one other thing, don't rest on the 5th day, start with 2 days, rest in the middle, then 2 on, then rest Saturday sunday, then re-do, but if you can't due to not being able to on some days, you will have to work around it. Elite trainers mostly do 5-6 days a week, thats pretty crazy and really shows how dedicated you're!
Not many hours of sleep? Then don't bother xD
