Thanks Tao, I was worried about the posts in-between. Hence re-rolling again wouldn't make it random. It it might end up like something more of a fixed game, but if it's okay with everyone, sure, we can do that.
Also I wanted to ask everyone how they feel about the top 50 guilds? I don't expect us to be in that list because the guilds listed have been around longer, have more numbers and have already established themselves in the game. However, if we really do want it. It simply means we have to work harder and really get things rolling for everyone. Do let me know what everyone thinks about this.
Personally, I'm not so much of a on-the-achievement-board player. Then again, if there's a REWARD, I may think otherwise. :D
Im on 10200 AP right now without buying plats. Im gonna do my best to make it more higher. :) The plat users in our guild can be more contributed rather than mine. Hope all of us do our best too, so even we are just from ground zero we still can achieve with the helps of our friends. REMEMBER the 3 RINGS this will be the most important on this path :)

Lacking some gold for that new Armor set you wanted? Is that weapon barely out of reach? I think our guild bank can help!
We would like everyone to know that paid officers can now loan up to 100k gold from the guild bank. Payment terms are easy, you simply can pay it back one month from the date you loaned the amount. Interest is a mere 5% of the total loan. Taozusaf, Katzie, Xzandria and I can handle the paperwork. All you need to do is ask, let us know how much you'd like to loan and the guild ATM machine should be able to assist you. :) Payments can be staggered: daily, weekly or in one big lump sum.
Of course as the guild funds grow, so will the amount that paid officers can borrow. So yes, do keep supporting the guild bank. We want the gold you put into it to start working for you!
I've been thinking about what you said. Incentives can really help. But the incentive has to be good enough to make the person/player want to work harder. I don't believe a high level player would really want to boost his/her stats for 10 or 20, thousand. They can get that by selling a gold warchest or locked crate.Quote:

If we are heading towards top 50, need strategy. There's 13 criteria to that, and we may need to see what we are capable of achieving.
(1) FIRST criterial of "total achievement pts" alone, let's take avg 9000/player (total 11900), number of member/guild of lv15 above stretches from
- 160-200 members for Rank #40-#50
- 200-300 members for Rank #20-#40
- 300-630 members for Rank #5-#20
- the rest are 708, 933, 967, 1265 respectively #4, #3, #2, #1.

Then again...
OverallRank#1 has approx. 300 members above lv15.
OverallRank#28 has approx. 1265 members above lv15.
Therefore, hold on with lv15 invites. The next round will be during next cap (i suppose), so will take roughly lv17-lv20 & above into calculation. Taking in lv20 above is okay, imo.
... as for the rest, need time to analyse. LOL
I'm gonna make another googledoc and fill in our member's info based on these criteria, if everyone is okay with exposing it. LOL
Then we can know what we have to work on, and what we can work on.

At least I would not mind using my time in this as even I can solo all the maps at least up Skull Cove (haven't tried the Nordr areas yet) so it would not in fact take too much time for a high-level guilder or two to run a couple of maps with lower level characters.Quote:

Alright, now for some good news!
We've been planning a lot for an Elite team of Plat using Elite Hunting players whose pots will be funded by the guild. They will be hunting for the best weapons available that are below the Mythic category. This team will of course get first picks on whatever loot they farm. Should they complete the sets or the weapons that they need, they pass it down to officers, then recruiters, finally to members. This way, we can all share and equip everyone in the guild with good-great items.
We've started with this today. The team is Led by Katzie. We have allocated the amount of 30k a day to furnish his team with the pots that they need for this difficult task. I myself will be farming to help support the high gold output for this team. Anyone else who wants to help please do so.
Another note, Tao and Sky are working on how to boost our stats to increase or standing in the guilds. Tao has created a very detailed spreadsheet with our information to check who needs more achievements. The guild can then help that player catch up with the rest. This is what we are supposed to be, a close-knit band of friends helping each other.
I know that things have been quiet event-wise but everything since ground zero has been done behind the scenes so that we could have a better.., the best guild for all of us in it.
