Can you check the proc of the Star Beast Staff? It becomes weak if I use a charged attack to activate it. But it becomes very strong if activated with a standard attack.
1 thing that is wrongly said in ur claims is that the damage reduction of cosmic killer proc is not working properly cause when compared to when u use orb u take more damage
I think u didn't know but the orb proc also reduces the target damage so that's why u take more damage when u use the staff and not the orb( it doesn't say it in the proc description)
Other stuff is on point and staff proc is still broken( not functioning properly)and hasn't been fixed for months now even tho the devs know about the bugs it have... sad stuff overall but what can we do[emoji2377]
