I think you can't make a new account. I tried to make one so I can see how long it takes and then I could time the time between votes but when I log out it only clears my cookies. Now I want a cookie. Lol

I think they should have done the poll like this:
1. Put up all the pictures of the hat designs, label them with a number.
2. Vote for whichever design you like best; maker and results hidden.
3. Make a seperate poll for which actual hat in game you want the design to be applied to.
