Are we supposed to be able to get promos on all of our alts since you can't transfer vanities? I got it on Kellee but was unable to receive it on any of my alts. It said "this account has already received the promotion"

promotional codes are currently one use per account. This particular item will be made stashable in a future update so you can move it around to your different characters :vsmile:
