Guide: The coveted black ice

whats up guys? never done a guide before so i'm going to do it the razer way. we dont make it fancy :) i decided to make this guide to help with black ice confusion and dont shoot me if one was already made just trying to be of help lol

Table of contents
Uno) where do i get the quest?

You guys are probably like what is this razer loony toon talking about? never seen that quest before well hate to break it to you but this quest is the last two quests if im not mistaken you get from these two people listed below. they are not simple quests they require detication if you really want that item for looks.

people are like what where do i go for the quest the regular maps dont work for pelts and snowballs :( well you have to go to the frozen nightmare(elite lost expedition) i personally like to do the level snowball and it helps with snowballs and pelts. i reccomend using a mae because the AOE skills are very usefull in killing mobs aswell as heal unfreezes you.

Is it just me, or are Black Ice items getting a lot of attention lately? This is the third or fourth time I've seen a thread about them in the past week or so. Anyway, great guide, it covers all the basics pretty well.
