POTS! the good kind

(I was half asleep and eating a omelet when i typed this)

here is a idea about pots that we could have, in the game option corner, we could have a chance to make pots auto used at what ever percentage we want, such as if player X sets his pot button to be activated at 45% or below, and he get hit and his health drops to only 78% his pots are not used, but if he gets hit and his health gets too 34% his pots kick in and they bring his health back to one hundred, i think this would help ppl in arena and elite areas, because it is kinda distracting too have to move, attack and pot with only 2 thumbs.

basically Auto-pots. and it will never happen cuz its basically god mode if you can't die.

i like this idea. it will save me aggravation from having to tap pots all the time. Sure, it's cheating but some of the elite bosses and mobs cheat so we should be able to also.

I have thought of this a couple of times but always discarded the idea saying to myself "It requires skill to pot too."

Autopot greatly rise your survivability (i know cause i played a mmorpg where they sold autopots for a platlike currency)

For some wars it might mean immortality in pve but

"Hey we need a gold sink" so +1. :)

Lol 45% I'd just set mine to 99% in elites like I do it now. No one waits till you "need " it. You'll die if you do. I however would save mana pots from this because that is not necessary to be at 100% at all times but the brain can't manage so many things so we tend to over pot that too much. But I don't see why STS would do this, there would be less gold being burnt up and people would blame the auto heal for deaths due to pot refractory period whereas now you've only yourself to blame.

We die not because we didn't health pot, but because there's a delay between taking one and the next. None the less I support this idea as my fingers always get tired in elites.

I'm not a computer expert but is there a way to do a macro or something on chrome to do this?

If you can afford lots of pots, = 0 deaths for you = practically a god mode. You wouldnt have to really do anything for defense. Part of the game is in skillfully spamming pots to keep yourself from dying. If this was implemented, the game would be too easy.

Bad idea. Would you have next auto fire, auto move, auto play...cmon. Its a game and requires little skill to punch pot button. If you die, that's part of developing your skill. Maybe put your omlet down and play :-P hugs.

This wouldn't solve the issue mentioned above since a one-hit KO for me translates to a single hit or a combination of hits in a very short time like one-two seconds.

The bright side here is that it could even out things for PC and mobile handles device users since it's much easier to use potions while you keep moving/attacking for the first group at the moment.

4sure pc users can have some advantages if they are exploited... macros and such seems like cheating to me though.

Potions are too far either from either the skills area or the navigation control. So I always strain my thumbs when farming hard elites. I would suggest that health potions should be near the navigation control and mana right beside skills. I play on a tablet so this is sometimes an issue for me but one that couldn't be managed. Would be nice if this gets implemented otherwise it's OK. There are other things stg needs to fix, *cough* DMG* *stat* cough.

I been thinking about something similar. It would be nice to have some kind of option that allows you to toggle the position of both your health and mana pots to the left or right side of the screen (or even both sides).

I agree that this would help playing on a tablet a lot.
