Too many new designs will create a huge database of the game and cause lagz. That's why they do recoloured versions. In theory, arlors sets were to get recolored too but seeing some rich hoarders and owners will rage, they didn't.Quote:

The chances of them being released again is about half the chance of looting an arcane shard from locked. Best bet if you want one is to save up and buy it.
