Stat Calculator - Version 3.0 - RELEASE VERSION

Hi All :)

Turns out version 3 of the stat calculator is coming along faster than i expected, so back to the old plan of releasing version 3 for public use (hope your all not too disappointed)!!!

Lots of new features in version 3! Let me run through what the stat calculator does for those of you who might not know.

The Stat Calculator will allow you to "tryout" items and see what your stats would be with those items without actually having to purchase the actual items.

Here are the features for the release version (both new and old features):

• Calculate stats by "Wearing" item(s) from the Item Database.
• Add base stats of your character when its wearing nothing to get an accurate calculation.
• Search Item Database by the following categories: (NEW)
  
  • Name
  • Type (Helm, 1H Weapon, 2H Weapon, Armor, Shield)
  • Farmed From (Campaign)
  • Class (INT, STR, DEX)
  • Level
• Calculates Set Bonuses (NEW)
• Up and Down buttons to cycle through search. (NEW)
• Help Section + Info on how stats are calculated. (NEW)
• Settings Section (choose from a variety of setting like whether you want it to tell you if you do not have the required stats for the item.) (NEW)
• Members Section (Members have a variety of helpful tools): (NEW)
  
  • Save Load outs (save item load outs for future use.)
  • Post what your selling and when someone searches for that item, a targeted ad will appear advertising that your selling the item.
  • Request an item to be added to the Item Database
• Advanced algorithms added to calculate your stats with more accuracy. (NEW)

I'm sure that I'm forgetting some features, but thats most of em!

I will be ready to release version 3 within the month, I hope you guys will like it!

You guys did an awesome job for version 2, everything that i wanted to get added and bug tested was done! :)

Where do you get this stat calculator?

No version has been releases to the public yet, version 3 beta will be the first public release.

well those of us beta testing v2 beta test v3 before public release? cause that was fun :D

devs should put this in-game

If the devs put it in game then all my hard work would be a waste!!!! :(

And yea v2 beta testers will stay for v3 and 10 more will be added.

Marty, I am working on an AppStore version of this, so for that you won't need internet, but for this one u do need.

It looks pretty sick. now i wont have to keep searching in CS for armor stats anymore

If i do an app for apple devices, ill do one for androids to, im not a fanatic of either one! Fair and square or nothing :) - this current version is a web app, so it will work with both devices.

Ya, I'm the IT Director at my company, and I have 10 years of database development / management and web development under my belt to help if needed, mainly vbscript, .asp, javascript, php (not as much), vb.net (not as much), vb (not as much), sql, sql server 2000 and 2008 r2, access 97 up to 2007 (combine them all into AJAX applications). I specialize in database manipulation and reporting through automated scripts.

I was wondering when someone would make a calculator like that. The one big barrier would be entering all the items into a database as there is no complete items database online or is there?
