People would always strive for higher, run as efficient as they can for their self benefit. Though, you can't blame these players for it, blame the game design.

lol I've been through it , its also very akward when you have to re join the map because of lack of people and then you see the same quitters again in there XD
You know people are noobs when they base others off of their stats and weapon. Its not all about stats, its about strategy.
I will start running evg more often since lv 70- can't join normal anymore. I use to pt them and solo normal gates so they could get exp and gold. I will run with anyone, just need the time to.
Idc what stats you are or lvl if I'm in a map and someone joins who's dps dam is low idc I won't leave gotta help others :)
Omega pros don't care about other's stats and if needed, they carry the randoms through difficult times.
It's especially the people who don't have very good stats themselves that do this. Like bro, who cares.

The only map where a persons stats should matter is EVG because that map is really hard without arcane weapons. Not many pt who don’t have arcane can make it past wave 11. I barely touched that map when I had taint set. It’s just not efficient for anyone if somebody who doesn’t have arcane weapons joins, because you are wasting everyone else’s time and your own since you can farm better in normal gates or DM.

I get annoyed with people that leave but it's not exactly against the rules. I also get annoyed by people using low level gold loot on hard maps expecting me to carry them. Idk if the boss dropped 100k for you when I can't use gold loot to kill it and keep everyone alive. I used to keep a note book and made a list of the people that did these things and would return the favor later. Now I just don't care.
My best suggestion is to find some people in your similar situation and help each other. That's what I did and all the other people didn't matter anymore.
After the haste on skills nerf, even I am unable to get a good pt in EVG. Rogues join s*** talk us then leave...
It's disgusting that people do that in Deep Marsh which you don't even need top gears for. I've seen people leave and rejoin the map like 4 times which I greeted with "welcome back," don't know how they sleep well at night. Maybe my ebon aegis isn't good enough but I always try my best. I've never leave those level 72-75 players in Deep Marsh (nor abandon anyone in any map); but those level 72-75 has the audacity to leave many times.

You need to start thinking from their point of view too. They don't help you sure but you help them too and don't make them carry you. No offense, just speaking from their pov. Same as a rogue, thats why i always run random (not party) i dont like other player to feel what i feel when i was a low lvl and weak gears when strong class leave when the see weak class. So i stay at the run even you are low lvl or low stat.

Ik ur will be take time but its best solution to grind without facing quitters
never leave, mostly playing random.

You cannot feel what they feel if you dont run random mostly the player need to party they need even in your guild mates is op, some of player here in comment specially warior is not a random player, random to run with not only guildmates not only friends not only same nationality, but some player run random to proof that they are strong and take advantage to the weak one so the weak one cannot loot and waste their time so greedy
