Overview: The main point of this build is that it maxes damage by using Swamp Rat gear (Dex 35 Gear)-- it's best style is for 1v1. The damage is in this build is about 25-30 more than the typical voodoo build which adds up to a lot of damage at this level.

Pro's and Cons:

Pros

Your 1v1 Nuking Combo: Drain Life, Frostbite, Firestorm, Heal. (Always use your blessings before a duel!)

Tips/Reasons why this is the most preferred combo:

1.) These three spells are best because of the distance. A very common misconception: lighting in the combo! By using drain, ice, fire, (and running back at the same time) your opponent literally will miss lighting! (Leaving their combo only to be drain, fire; which won't kill you!) Ice's range is 12 meters, while Lighting is only 8 meters.

2.) You have the advantage--> Distance!

3.) Why not lighting instead of ice? Reason A.) You max out the distance. B.) You can add a small amount of "combo" damage by using ice then fire! ("Hot Flash"= 15% added damage on average from fire)

What do I do if my buffs run out, and I'm being rushed? :(

Truth is you guys, it's not very easy to kill your opponents then-- as well as surviving. BUT that doesn't mean that it is impossible to survive. The best technique for this is to know your distance... use fire then ice (push your enemy away, then freeze them). By the time your opponent is coming at you again, rinse and repeat.

Tips for Mana Shield

Always use mana shield as your last resort. The problem with mana shield is that, once you use it, you'll buy yourself some time to stay alive. However, you need to remember that you have lower armor than normal, you have low mana regeneration (6 m/s) and your mana pool is significantly lower than usual. To avoid using shield, it's good to understand your opponents moves! Some players will mana shield right away, so you want to learn how to fire and ice. Otherwise, combo away!

I like my 35 build since its primarily for 1 vs. 1. I mean come on, when do you ever see FFA in 35 pvp? Everyone thinks that theres rushing :D

hey wackusack its me ur old teacher. svvooshftw :) i remade my voodoo but he is now going to 51-56 pvp since 35 has become un cool. also 51-56 got eden and elite(fun ppl to play with :))

*noob kiters*

The solution? Fire heal will block it every time ifyou know how to kite. Then ice then down so they can run and then use your combo. If they shield they simply kite and stall out your own shield. If they dont shield they are dead more often then not. I may not be the best but i know even with the best build ( and this is not) you must know how to counter. This trick is one of the easiest to counter=D and range as well... if you use lightning at 12 meters you will miss.... every time......drain fire is only enough to kill a person new to pvp. Anyone with experience knows howto heal. Hehehehe(;

If you practice with rememberawe and blitz, you will learn all those tricks they have-shielding, *running* kite, e.

drain light ice fails against someone like cosmic or mrxsmith with a 6 drain,ice and firebuild which can usually kite u and kill u. Light has a short distance and if u dont use it then u die. light requires to be close up but an opponent like mrxsmith and cosmic could end and kite u easily

This part is critical, you need a good internet connection, and medium sized tablet, and a good eye-judgement on 12m. Now if you are ready, try THIS-Use the combo -Drain, Lightning, and Firestorm- To actually nuke, you will have to buff first, walk up very slowly, and when you estimate 12m range, BLAST ALL OF YOUR SKILLS!!!! Heres the thing, you are not tryin to achieve a "perfect heal" -when drain heals you to full at half, all you need to do is get those three skills in. To avoid those noob kiters, all you gotta do is -Drain, Fire- and they will die too=0


PV-Bad Situations
Worst possible thing to happen is when you enemy mana shields, dooming you for the fight, but, try to kite to the best of your ability, and avoid their full nuke. If you are forced to shield, 6 mana regen ends you. unless you have full mana and they have none, you will lose. Sorry.

PVI-The Successful Rusher
This is not a serious part of thet guide, doing this will earn you hate to the victims guild, and all of the people watching's guilds. Ok, you have read the warnings, now you will learn!=) So when a new game just starts, pick a team early, and buff, when nobody sees you. then when you still have the rage buff, nuke iiblitz and leave.=( Blitz hates me! Also, ive seen this one commonly, when my old friend blitz here, wins a fight vs shelby, right after he says gf, NUKEEEEE

With new bows and that much int you gotta hack to win :)

I'll post my version :3 (Before forgotten stuff ofc)
Sooooooo you're gonna want 75 int rest dex, high dps, lower spell dmg.
I use 6 drain 5 frostbite (ice in other builds=frostbite, If you use icestorm your iq is really low) 6 fire 1 light 3 heal and 6 of both blessings with the last remaining point on shield!
Items are swamp rat hat, armor/robe, wing, and mamboza voodoo pin. IK this gear is worth a whole 50k, but if you have extra cash buy shivering armor and wing.
Gear sets are gonna look like swamp stuff with an armor+1 hs and ms ring
Shivering will look like swamp rat hat, shiv wing/robe, and an damage+2 crit ring
Combo with SR is obviously drain ice fire light, move closer through out the combo for most dmg and quickest combo
Shivering is simply stay at 10-12m and use ice drain fire or ice drain light fire, depending how good you are with range
These are both mage vs mage set ups, against bears just kite, if you don't know how to kite as a mage you're not worthy of this thread, and v. Birds as far as ik close your eyes and spam attacks because they're easy as cake, but vs forgotten bow, idk:(

Have you ever tried 6 light with swamp rat? ._. Almost as fun as 56 mimicry set.

lol @ "noob kiters" statement. I enjoy being insulted from time to time, but no worries, it's not like i have credibility that goes back to 2010... ANYWAYS, you could also add the downside to this build as being a very low regen build, so if you don't practice the nuke enough, and your opponent lives and tanks you out, you're not gonna last very long since you'll run oom before your drain life comes off cooldown. But a very deadly build when executed quickly and with practice of ranges, virtually nothing you can do to stop it,
