Hello there.
During a conversation about Recent PvP Style changes, with a reputable forum user and Twink specialist, we came across the topic of low level pvp. Now I'm not talking L15s and L17s. I'm talking L10s. I specifically asked about this, and what do I hear? "L10s are trash nowadays, because of the new bows". Back in the day (early 2012) L10 twinking was very popular, and I thoroughly enjoyed it, so I was shocked to hear this. So I want to bring them back.
Now, I've gone through loads of money and platinum and trial an error to attempt to perfect my level 10. At the moment, I can confidently kill an average L10, L12, L13, and a L15 twink. Sometimes I can kill even higher levels, but it's very situational, meaning its unexpected.
This KDR isnt the best, I understand, but I can assure you it comprises of about 70% of twinks who are higher level than me. The odd noob might be in there, but you get my points.

Now, lets get started.
Attribute Points & Face Choices.
Naturally, you would go Full Dex, meaning that all the available attribute points, should go on dexterity. Not only does this increase your initial damage, but it increases your hit percentage too.

Now, the advantages of different faces are very much based upon playstyle, and opinion. My default face would be the Krazy face, because of the increase in critical hit chance. Although this would be tempting, the scenario of you missing a stomp against a L12, is fatal. Match-deciding type of fatal. Therefore I choose the Mecha Bear face.

The loadout you use purely depends on the class and level of the opponent.

The Bow loadout.

The Bow loadout comprises simply of:
Sniper's Archery Cap L10
Casually/Truly Forgotten Bow L10
Expert's Reinforced Leather L5
Fine Platinum Band of Bravery L10
Vanity Hat (for +1 Armour)
Although I truly do not like using the Forgotten Bows, because of the lack of skill required, sometimes I need that brute force and Proc that they have to offer. I only use this if the opponent is L13+ and is also using a FB. They do however lower your defense, meaning I would only ever use it against a bird or a talon bear.
I find it effective when dealing with nuke mages. Of course at level 15, the majority of mages use a bow as well, although they do not have the precious Rage buff that the bear has.
The Talon Loadout

The Talon Loadout comprises of:
Sniper's Archery Cap L10
Sniper's Avian Talon L10
Sniper's Avian Wing L10
Expert's Reinforced Leather L5
Fine Platinum Band of Bravery L10
Vanity Hat (for +1 Armour)
Now, the Talon loadout is by FAR my favorite loadout. For two reasons: versatility and balance. Versatility means that there are many more situations in which the talon loadout will work out better for you, compared to the bow.
In terms of balance, there is a smaller margin between damage, dps and defence. This means that level advantages are smaller, increasing the chance of you beating them.
I would use this against everything except for the classes I mentioned above, that I would use a bow on normally.
Regeneration Loadout (optional)

This loadout is optional. I would only use it if I need to quickly get my health up again. There is no essential difference to the talon build, except for replacing the Sniper's Avian Talon L10 with a Fire Wand of Mastery L10 that can be found in the LVL10 Mage 4-Pack from the platinum store.
The wand is great because of the lack of intelligence points needed to equip it. It only raises the HP regen to a measly 9, but at L10, thats a healthy amount.
Skills

The 5 points on Rage mean that when buffed, all attacks will do significant damage, especially other aggressive skills, such as Stomp and the Slash.
Having Stomp on 3 gives you a decent range, although it took me time to get used to it. (I'm used to a 6 rage 6 stomp build)
By no means rely on your stomp, but time it well. As you go in, fully buffed, make sure you have a clear line of sight to the opponent, have your auto on, and stomp early. This means stomp when the opponent is RIGHT inside the range of the stomp itself. I can pull this off 8/10 times on a normal day. Having this early stomp advantage means that the opponent will almost surely shoot off all his slashes, and of course his stomp. While waiting for his to recharge, he only has his talon/bow, meaning you can step in.
Top tip: never "go in" unless you have both Stomp AND the Slash charged. The damage advantage you can have on the opponent by doing both instead of individually spamming is ridiculously big.
The joy I get from seeing the opponent being flown away from me, and then firing off 2 slashes and a high level stomp miles out of range, is unmeasurable, and for me, DEFINITELY signifies its time to go aggressive.
First skill after buffing is Stomp, to drive the opponent away, and hopefully making him waste his skills. After this, wait for stomp to recharge again, and go in. You want to go in a straight line towards the opponent, timing your stomp and slash so its dead on when you cross his position. By this time, you should be minimum 3/4 health. If the opponent still isn't dead, kite, and repeat sequence.
Other Tactics
When the opponent is a mage:
Circle strafe while auto'ing your bow. When you see frost coming your way, stomp, but time it so it disables the frost, AND hits the mage.
I usually pick the right time to attack by stomping until I see a successful stun. Then I go in hard. This meaning I spam every skill I can on the mage. This should kill it, depending on the skill level of the mage. As I said with the skills, slightly retreat, wait for skill recharge, and repeat sequence.
When the opponent is a bird:
These tend to annoy me the most, especially when they dodge every attack you can throw at them. At this stage, I would use the same nuking tactic as I would use on the mage, except for replacing the mage's frost with the bird's root.
When against a bear:
As I said, stomp, get the hell outta there. That is the essence of my playstyle.
