Passive Attack: Attracting up to 12 enemies to a stormy kid within a radius of 8 meters from a stormy kid slowing down enemies' speed by 30%, also reducing hit by 40%, also reducing damage by 20% and increasing damage to enemies from attack and hero abilities by 50 % (retraction occurs with every 1 second).

Bonus Stats: 17% damage, 28 primary stats, 12 str, 12 int, 12 dex, 5% armor, +5% Hp in max health.

Arcane Ability: Storm Baby creates a very powerful wind stream around him, thereby dazzling enemies, depriving them of the ability to do anything (terrify) for 8 seconds, dealing 2% damage from max. HP of the enemy every 1 second while the ability is active, so every 2 seconds the enemies freeze for 1 second, freezing occurs 4 times. (AA: removes all negative effects from allies every 0.5 seconds until the activity is over)
