Problem with reset stats - respect character

Hi all,
Sorry for my language.
I have a problem. I can't reset my stats. I did respect character and I can reset only skill. My attributes are the same. What do I do? Help please.

You would be better off emailing Spacetime's customer service, i'm pretty sure their email is support@spacetimestudios.com, at least thats the one i found in the terms of service.

Plats : 2 = attributes/stats reset
3 = skill points

5 = both of them

if you have only 3 plats in your account skill points will be reset not the stats. Likewise in 2 plats for stats. Usually in our gui its says 5 plats for respec means a package for resetting both skill points and stats.

Can I reset now only attributes. I have 5 plats now and I don't want lost 3 plats.
