I think we need to have a confirm button for reporting. I have by accidentally reported like 10 people by pressed the wrong button or hitting it bumping into ipod.
I notice it usually happens to me most when I go to boot people from the game.

I guess a confirm button wouldn't hurt, but that's minor compared to the problems that need fixed at the moment.
How will that work when someone uses the "/report" command?
We will be putting in a confirm dialog for clicking on the report button in the next update.
