@Devs About Heroic Deston

I was wondering if the Heroic Deston HB is buggy ...
he says I get 35% ms. but I don’t get it, the heroic Harry has 15% and I’m much faster using it.

their difference is huge ..

It stacks with ms items but not with ss.
