no u need a real golden dragon set plus dragon in-order to get a the dragon ring. the Mitas dragon set is fake and only used for looks in lower lvl pvp.
Lol is can used to subtitute, like mitas dragon armor vanity + red dragon helmet vanity + red dragon pet = red drag ring. I meant can we do mitas dragon armor + mitas drag helmet + any colered dragon pet = any dragon ring depends on dragon pet
Red helm + Red Armor + Red Pet = Red Ring
Blue helm + Blue armor + Blue pet = blue ring
Green helm + Green armor + Green pet = green ring
Golden Helm + Golden Armor + Mitas Pet = gold ring
Black Helm + Black Armor + Black pet or mitas pet = black ring
mitas set from platinum store gives no dragon ring, the combinations above are only possible
p.s mitas will give set bonus and ring for all except mitas dragon armor from platinum store.

You can also combine mitas dragon pet to craft other dragon sets like black, red, blue, green, and golden. Like somemager said ^.^
