Avatar screen stats need display fixing to display stats for equips

Now that the stats on one's avatar screen do not reflect that one can wear or not wear a certain item, the display needs some kind of adjustment so we can know without actually having an item that it's wearable...

An adjusted/non-adjusted number? (This number is for skills, this one is for equips)

Not sure, but right now, the number is kind of strange. Your avatar screen claims you have 95 str but can't wear a 79 str item... that's a bit strange.
