It is a separate consideration. Accounts in all Legends games are considered separate individuals - and there is no mechanism of cross-account restrictions (nor explicit benefits). Purchase cooldown is actually not overridden in the case where a single human being operates a number of distinct accounts insofar as that person has to buy Platinum on each distinct account to make that one purchase per Client.Quote:
