Skratch ofc, better base stats, better proc(continous damage)

Having used both, you should definitely go for the skratch gun.
skratch, have really good proc help so much

I prefer skratch staff than gun... Gun is only for boss
I know i prefer staff too but I'm lvl 76 with no good weapon (using a legendary atm) and i need to start somewhere because if i buy a skratch gun my damage go by 500 up and dps 200 but if i buy ebon it goes 500 up and 800 dps up.Quote:

guns generally have lower dps than staffs, same with bow and daggs, axe and aegis.
Scratch gun is far better than ebon staff, good for mobs better damage and stats
