A few rogue bugs

1. While energize is on: Bow auto attack speed isn't as fast as dagger auto attack rather it doesn't change at all.
2. While in valley gates: Three Slayer belt gives +1dex proc and when rogue gets more Dex the ultimate aimed shot ability attack doesn't change, it changes in the skill description but damage remains normal even under crit. (200k-370k dmg, does 185k crit).
3. Sometimes (rarely) shadow pierce skill doesn't perform after shooting aimed shot(experienced 5-6 times today in gates).

Energize / haste are working as expected - only affects cooldown period, which means some things benefit more than others. Biggest benefits are generally to skills rather than weapons.

Soo daggers hit faster than bow under energize hmm is that how it is supposed to be idk..
