The buff icon is missing

I have "enthralled talisman",but I don't have a green buff icon (swords in a green circle).Attachment 229519

why should it have SWORDS IN GREEN CIRCLE? it doesnt buff your damage

it doesn't need an icon. It works just by having it in inventory.

Exactly, I did not notice that it does not give buff damage. Thank you for correcting me.
