i am pretty sure something changed......i can still get portal.... but super low chance....
They changed the rate im sure, ive been doing ss for days and provided loads of portals for my guild. Last night I came up empty after tying for more then an hour.

-Ydra Hideout
-Arcanum Grounds
-Towr Of Mardrom
-Jurn woods
The last thing is Be FAMOUS,like me every minutes I Get party invites#^_^..
