Red ping problem

I read all the comments here in tech issue or so i saw red ping problem on pc. Well my issue is if i use laptop and pc my ping spikes . I use both, first i use my laptop to try to run in event with randoms my ping spikes and got dc then i tried again with party and yess my ping spikes then i tried soloing my ping is good and green not dc Then tried in my pc same result too tried in other map with players like e-sunk im always dc but when solo my ping is good and no delay. Then i try in my ipad its good running in event with or without party my ping is good and not dc so the issue here is i or we got issue in ping in pc/laptop device. Please fix it i mostly play in my pc/laptop device cause i always use my ipad for work then the avail device is for afk in AL or playing in event when im at break. Fix the issue please Thankyou.
