For weapon/armor/helmet/belt, anything works you don't need anything special.
For ring the best is the arlorian shirred circlet for your class (though this only adds luck % if it procs).
For necklace either mad scientest pendant or intrepid agent for your class works.
For artifact the best is Peylon's artifact for your class.
For pet the best combo is to have lucky or heroic lucky as your base pet with Feng slotted as the happiness bonus and Timur slotted as the arcane ability.
Keep in mind that this will get you well over 100% even without awakenings (assuming arcane ability/proc are both active). If neither arcane ability or proc is active and you don't have an elixir on it is still 90% reroll chance if none of your gear has luck awakenings.
