2. talk to alchemist to get recipe
3. get ten vials and 1 arcane fossil
4. wait i think 4 days? or is it 5?

1) Talk to the alchemist in Kelys. He will give you a Parchment quest.
2) raianezz said the maps needed.
Dont be discouraged if you dont get the Parchments in your first few runs. It took some members in my party over 40 runs.
