2 Int, 1 M/s, 9 Armor
I wore it until getting the alien voodoo doll, and keep it at the ready for when 14 regen just isn't enough :cool:
I seem to remember having another eyeball, or maybe skull, bracer at some point with M/s, but I don't have it now so I can't verify that.
