Last information that I saw in these forums was the new cap release would happen in "April/May". It is now getting rather close to the end of May, and I think it's pretty darn reasonable for the community of players to be expecting more information in the very near future, at this point.

As your wording from your post shows, it was an initial target set back in Feburary. But only you can clarify if thats still the current target or if the plans been pushed back.
Good things come to those who wait.
Let's not push this one, and be patient and let the anitipation grow with this expansion.
It makes the wait more worth it when it is a surprise.
