Botting game Legal?

I have seen many people been Botting game for dailies and stuff. Is it legal?! They dont say anything. They move to one place , spam skills and keep using them even after enemies are dead. And when on boss a rogue was doing the same algorithm for 5minutes. Even movement was same. If it isn't bot, then what is it? It's unfair.

Ur post needs to be 11 characters long or it'll be considered too short so to avoid that u just type /11characters. So if u just wanna say "lol" to a post u can type /11 character to make up the 11 letters
